KEYMONO is an online platform that allows users to collect and redeem a virtual currency, referred to as MokoYen or Mokos, by completing offers and tasks, such as surveys and downloading apps, provided by marketing partners. The MokoYen can then be redeemed for rewards, including video game keys, software keys, and other virtual or physical items. The platform also offers a referral program, allowing users to earn additional MokoYen by referring friends to the platform.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Website, and provide our users with best possible experience we can. The collection of such information is going to be governed by this Privacy Policy under the ambit of the Law of the United Kingdom.
KEYMONO is committed to ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CalOPPA. We take the protection of our users' personal data seriously and have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard their privacy. Users of the Website Generally

Changing or Deletion of Personally-Identifying Information
You may at any time review or change or delete your Personally-Identifying Information by contacting us at privacy@a4a.gg.
Upon your request, we will delete your Personally-Identifying Information from our active and perpetual databases. Such information will be deleted as soon as practically possible.
Moreover, we allow our users to amend or change or rectify any of their Personally-Identifying Information, and such a feature will be available to all Users, for which they will have to contact us, as outlined earlier.
Additionally, we keep a history of changed information to investigate suspected fraud with your account, but the users will have the option of having any such history to be permanently deleted from our active databases at the time of erasure of Personally-Identifying Information.

Moreover, our users can register an account with us, which requires an email address, and can also opt-in for receiving our email marketing material which informs them about any new features, offers, services or discounts available on KEYMONO, or other websites and companies. The users can opt-in for the email marketing material and account related emails by providing their email address, and our website uses a third party company for providing the email marketing services and user account service messages, which is as follows:

Therefore, the above-mentioned email-marketing third-party services have access to our users’ email addresses, and other information including, but not limited to, the users IP address and general location, especially when clicking on a link in the email. The purpose of this is to send relevant content to our users, as well as to be able to provide our services in general. Moreover, the third-party email-marketing service has been obligated to use the email addresses only for the purpose of sending marketing materials and user account related messages. However, the users can opt-out any time by either emailing us or by following the unsubscribe link in the email. Please note that in order to completely opt-out of emails from us, the user must request deletion of their user account, since we are not able to provide this feature without sending emails, which include password reset emails and similar messages.
